It’s become a kind of tradition these last few years to pre-order & read Dr RC’s latest book to kickstart my year。 This one didn’t disappoint, & interestingly brings together lots of other theoretical stuff I’ve read in recent years about food。 This is very accessible, do-able & as always beautifully presented。
